FAQ & Care
FAQs
Is it okay for anyone - people of different ethnicities to purchase and wear Indi City?
YES. We create Indigenous fashion for everyone to wear and enjoy! Should someone comment or inquire please take a moment to advocate for authentic Indigenous designers and artists. Supporting Indigenous businesses is important.
Are you available for custom orders?
We will occasionally create an option for a custom order when we drop a new collection. Please keep an eye out for these opportunities. We are also open to limited collaborations with values aligned brands.
The item I was going for sold out! Will there be a restock?
We love to bring back the favs, so more than likely we will restock signature designs. We create these pieces to be cared for as Heirloom artwork. Do check us out on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok to get a heads up for restocks and new drops! If you turn on post notifications for IG you will def be ready.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns, but we do consider exchanges if your product is damaged in transit. Please return the damaged product to us and we will send out a replacement.
CARE TIPS
We want to make sure you can cherish your Indi City for years to come. Here are some guidelines that may help.
Care Tips:
Please treat your jewelry with care. We recommend storing your jewelry on its own between softer fabrics when travelling, or hanging or flat when at home.
Jewelry is meant to be the icing on the cake, so please make sure to adorn yourself with Indi City as the final step. Perfumes, sunscreens, and various skincare products can cause discolouration or effect the texture and finish of the acrylic material or beadwork. Mindfully put on jackets, purses, and bags so your jewelry doesn't snag anything.
Indi City pieces need to stay nice and dry, so please remove before showering or swimming. Water damages the metal parts of our jewelry. It’s best to avoid leaving your jewelry in the bathroom, or other humid environments. Humidity causes metal tarnishing.
When cleaning your jewelry a soft clean cloth works best. A teeny bit of water on the cloth helps if there is some makeup residue etc that needs extra care.
